A Morning of Movement, Nature & Sisterhood

We invite you to a soul-nourishing experience in collaboration with the She Ventures hiking community — a morning designed to reconnect you with yourself, with the earth, and with a circle of supportive women.

Together, we’ll move mindfully through nature, ground through breathwork, and share meaningful connection surrounded by the beauty of Binna Burra.

What to Expect:

🌿 A 2-hour guided hike with Ruby from She Ventures through the scenic Binna Burra trails
💨 A 30-minute breathwork journey led by Laura Alyce, Founder of the Sisterhood Movement
🧘‍♀️ Moments to slow down, reflect, and truly connect
🤍 A chance to meet and bond with a community of likeminded women
💧 An optional creek swim – refreshing, playful, and pure
☕ Option to finish with coffee & connection at the nearby tea house

Come Solo or Bring a Friend – All Are Welcome

Whether it’s your first time joining a sisterhood event or you’ve walked with us before — you belong here. Over the years, after hosting 550+ events and welcoming 4,000+ women into our community, we’ve witnessed a truth again and again:

So come as you are — curious, nervous, excited — and know this is a space where you’ll be held, seen, and uplifted. You’re encouraged to come solo (many do!) or bring a friend to share in the experience. There’s magic in meeting new people, and this is the perfect space to do just that.

Details

🕖 Time: 7:00am – 10:00am (with optional connection time afterward)
📍 Location: Binna Burra Hiking Track (Approx. 1-hour drive from Burleigh Heads)
⏳ Duration: 3 hours total (hike + breathwork + connection) with an option to stay back for coffee at the local Tea House

🚗 Carpooling encouraged for ease of parking and to deepen connection on the way
🧥 Bring warm layers, bathers, a towel, and light snacks or water

This is more than just a morning outdoors.

It’s a reset. A reconnection. A reminder of the power of women coming together.
