It invites you to slow down and gently turn inward
to sit with what’s been rising beneath the surface
to honour your emotions instead of pushing past them
and to reconnect with the parts of you that don’t always get space.

And the truth is… we don’t always have spaces in our everyday lives to do that.

That’s why we create them.

On Wednesday July 15th 📅, we’re gathering for our 20th New Moon event 🥹 and this one feels extra special.

We’ll be held inside the dreamy Soak Bathhouse, Mermaid Beach 📍… and from the moment you walk in, you’ll feel it.

That soft exhale.
That sense of okay… I can let go here.

You’ll be surrounded by:
🌊 Mineral rich pools
♨️ Warm grounding spas
🌿 A traditional cedar sauna
💨 An aromatic steam room
❄️ A cold plunge if you feel called
✨ Plus optional private treatments if you want to linger a little longer (bookings essential)

You’ll be free to move between these spaces, following your body, your breath, your own rhythm.

Throughout the morning, we’ll gently guide you through:
✨ Breathwork to bring you back into your body
✨ A deeply immersive sound journey in the water
✨ Meditation and journaling to process and release
✨ And connection… the kind that feels real, not forced

And if you’re wondering what it’s actually like to come alone…

Most women do.

There’s no pressure to be “on,” no expectations to perform.
Just a bathhouse full of women showing up exactly as they are.

Some arrive feeling open.
Some arrive feeling a little guarded.
Some don’t even realise how much they need it until they’re in it.

But something always shifts.

when there’s space to soften, to be seen, to just be
