TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

These terms apply to all tickets, memberships, and events run by The Sisterhood Movement ("We," "Us," "Our"). By purchasing a ticket, becoming a member, or attending an event, You agree to the following.

TICKETS, REFUNDS & EVENT CHANGES Tickets are non-refundable after purchase. You're welcome to gift or on-sell your ticket to someone else, just let us know in writing beforehand.

We may need to change the date, time, venue, or format of an event due to weather, venue availability, safety, or other circumstances outside Our control. We'll notify You by email, SMS, or social media where possible. A change communicated before the event start time does not entitle You to a refund, including if You go to the wrong or original location after a change has been advised. If We cancel an event entirely with no alternative offered, You'll be given a credit toward a future event or, at Our discretion, a refund.

Nothing here removes any rights You have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded by agreement.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK Many of Our events involve movement, including pilates, breathwork, walking, hiking, or swimming. By attending, You confirm You're physically able to take part and have sought medical advice if You have any condition that might affect this. You take part at Your own risk, and Sisterhood, its facilitators, and partnering venues aren't liable for injury or loss except where caused by Our gross negligence.

CODE OF CONDUCT Sisterhood is built on respect and genuine connection. We can refuse entry or remove anyone from an event, without refund, for behaviour that's unsafe, disrespectful, or discriminatory.

PHOTOGRAPHY We often take photos and videos at events for Our website and social media. By attending, You consent to this. If You'd rather not be photographed, just let our team know on arrival.

PAYMENTS Payments are processed in AUD through Our third party payment provider. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after payment has been received, and will notify You in writing if this happens.

LIABILITY To the fullest extent the law allows, We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss connected to Your attendance at an event or use of Our website, except where caused by Our negligence.

GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
